We currently deliver only within Ireland (IE).

2. Processing Times

• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Times & Charges

We offer free shipping within Ireland (IE) on all orders.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, postal delays, or peak periods.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at contact@pinkpen.ie.

5. Delivery Failures & Incorrect Addresses

• It is your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address at checkout.
• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for an updated address.
• A reshipping fee may apply if the order needs to be sent again.

6. Delays & Lost Parcels

• If your order is confirmed as lost, we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund.

7. International Shipping

We currently only ship within Ireland (IE) and do not offer international shipping at this time.
